プラグの形状を中国のものに変更することは可能かと思います
製品Aは添付写真のような形になると思いますので、ケーブルの部分のみ中国対応のものに取り替えれば大丈夫です
時間もそれほどかからないと思います

簡単に対応させるのであれば、以下の様な変換アダプタを使うことも可能です

中国でのトライアルにはCCCの認証が必要でしょうか
必要な場合その認証を取得する時間が必要になるかと思います
トライアルに関して認証は必要ないようでしたら、1月中には提供可能だと思います
個数は何個必要となりますでしょうか

I think the plug shape can be changed to a Chinise-made one.
The shape of Product A will be like the attached photo and all you need is only replacing the cable. The time required will not be so long.

To make the change easily, you could use a conversion adapter mentioned below.

Will you need CCC authentification for a trial in China?
If so, we had better consider about the time needed to get certified.
If not, we can provide your order until the end of January.
Can you tell me the number of the parts you would like?
