本日、C32を受け取りました。早速、確認してみたのですが、スピーカーから全く音が出ないのですがどういうことでしょうか？セッティングミスかと思い、ほかのアンプで試してみましたが、他のアンプでは問題なく作動しました。両方ともチャンネルから全く音が出ません。ヘッドホンで聞くと、わずかに、聞こえるくらいです。ご回答願います。

Today I received C32. I tried it out right away to confirm it worked, but there was no sound coming from the speakers at all. Why is this? I thought it was a setting mistake and tried it out with another amp, but on the other amp it functioned without any problems. On both of them there is no sound at all coming from the channel. If I listen using headphones, I can very faintly hear something. Please reply concerning this problem.
