商品は、アメリカから送られて来るものと思っておりましたが、
ドイツからの発送でしょうか？

アメリカとドイツでは、電器製品の電圧の仕様がまったく違いますよね？
私は、この商品を日本で使います。
アメリカの製品ならば、なんとかなりますが、
ヨーロッパの製品は、日本では使えないと思います。

In America and Germany, the voltage of electric appliances is quite different, isn't it?
I am using this goods in Japan.
Though I can make use of American product somehow, I don't think European one is available in Japan.
