私達は手元に代わりの在庫を持っていなかったので在庫の置いてあるアメリカの倉庫から直接あなたに送る事にした。
商品の到着期限は12月6日だったが予定より少し到着が遅くなるかもしれない。12月5日にはFedexで発送し12月6日～10日頃の到着予定です。
もしこれを了承してくれるなら私達はお詫びの気持ちとして商品代金の10%に当たる7.７ドルをあなたに返金しようと思う。

As I do not have the stock with me, I will send the product directly to you from the American warehouse where it is stocked.
The deadline was December 6th, but it may be a little later than that. I will dispatch using Fedex on December 5th, and the arrival is estimated to be from December 6th-10th.
If you can agree to this, I would like to make a refund of 10% of the product price, which would be $7, as an apology.

I will contact you as soon as I know the tracking number on Fedex.
