私達は手元に代わりの在庫を持っていなかったので在庫の置いてあるアメリカの倉庫から直接あなたに送る事にした。
商品の到着期限は12月6日だったが予定より少し到着が遅くなるかもしれない。12月5日にはFedexで発送し12月6日～10日頃の到着予定です。
もしこれを了承してくれるなら私達はお詫びの気持ちとして商品代金の10%に当たる7.７ドルをあなたに返金しようと思う。

Thank you for informing me on the correct address the other day.

We do not have any replacement stock at hand so we sent what was in the US factory directly to you.
The arrival period of the product here should be Dec 6 but there might be a delay. It will be shipped via Fedex on December 5 so it is schedule to arrive 10 days from December 6.
If this would be alright with you then we would be taking off 10% off and refund the 7.7 dollars back to you as a sign of our apology.

We will contact you regarding the tracking number of Fedex once we know this information.
