私は確かにあなたの入金を5/14に確認しています。paypalにも電話で問い合わせましたが、間違いなく＄10私の口座に入金されているのを担当者も確認しました。
paypal担当者はあなた（相手）のpaypalアカウントがおかしいのではないかと言っていました。添付ファイルをご覧ください。これを見れば私のpaypal口座に入金されているのがわかるでしょう。
またすでに商品を5/15に発送しています。もうそろそろ到着するころだと思います。

I confirmed your payment on May 14 for sure. I contacted to paypal by phone, talked to a person in charge in paypal and s/he also verified I received $10 into my account.
S/he said your paypal account might not be working properly. Please see the attatched file and you will be able to check your money came to my paypal account.
In addition, I already shipped the item on May 15. I guess it will be delivered to you soon.
It'll be great if you let me know when it arrives.
