本日中にご連絡が無い場合、Paypalの異議をクレームにエスカレートさせて頂きます。

Since I didn't hear from you, I am wondering how are things anyway.
The product that I ordered was Leather Sleeve hoody, but what I received doesn't have Leather sleeves.
I want a refund of to send Leather Sleeve Hoody to me as soon as possible because this is different product from my order.
In case that I cannot hear your answer by today, I am going to escalate my opposition on Paypal into claim.
