The item you inquired about, the Konkan Wallet in Taupe (28901452), is still showing as being in your posession.

For order A128335439, can you send us a listing of the items you have not received yet? This may account for the $91.95 refund that you cannot explain at this point in time. There appears to have been an exchange, and there may have been a difference in amounts between what you sent in and what was sent back. This may account for the mysterious refund.
