お世話になっております。先ほどPAYPALで再度手続きしたのですが、やはり決済手続きができませんでした。PAYPALに問い合わせしたのですが、「現在、ウクライナの PayPalアカウントは支払いの実行のみ可能で、資金を受け取ることはできません」との回答でした。PAYPAL以外では支払いはしたくありません。また、すぐ商品を欲しかったので、落札させていただきましたが、何度やっても手続き不可なのでキャンセルをお願い致します。お手数ですが、よろしくお願い致します。

I tried to proceed my payment through Paypal again, but I couldn't complete my process this time either.

I contacted Paypal help desk, and they said "At this time, payment is the only function that Ukraine's Paypal offer, therefore you cannot receive funds." I do not want to pay in other ways than Paypal. Besides, I won this item since I needed this right away.
So I would like to cancel my bidding since I cannot complete my procedure no matter how many times I tried.
