④just saw today that my credit card is charged for my order. You cancel my order without any reason and I have problem with my money that is gone. I saw your reputation and it was good but after this i dont know what should I do.
I am very disappointed for this.

This is very unprofessional and really didnt expect from your side after i saw reputation that you have so far.

４．今日クレジットカードからそちらで注文した品の料金が引き落としていることが分かった。そちらが勝手に注文をキャンセルしたのに、こちらのお金が取られて困る。評価が高いから注文したのに、こういうことが起きてどうしたらいいか分からない。とてもがっかりしている。
５．注文がキャンセルされたのに、どうしてクレジットカードからお金が引き落としている理由を知りたい、とてもプロらしくないと思う、高い評価を得ているのに、期待を裏切られた。
