④just saw today that my credit card is charged for my order. You cancel my order without any reason and I have problem with my money that is gone. I saw your reputation and it was good but after this i dont know what should I do.
I am very disappointed for this.

This is very unprofessional and really didnt expect from your side after i saw reputation that you have so far.

④クレジットカードから注文金額が引き落とされているのが今日わかりました。貴店は何の理由もなく私の注文をキャンセルし、私は注文金額を引き落とされました。貴店の公表かは知っていますが、こんなことが来たので何をしていいのか分かりません。
貴店のやり方に非常に失望しています。
