イベントに参加する側はイベントページからチケットを購入し、送られてくるメールに掲載されているQRコードを会場に持っていけばチェックインが可能になる。
このチェックインの方法が先に書いたとおり、iPhoneアプリを使うことになるもので、カメラでのスキャンによるチェックインと手動でリストからのチェックインの二通り方法が準備されている。Startup Datingでも毎回50名以上の参加者を受付しているのでこの方法は大変ありがたい。

People who join the event can purchase the ticket from the event website page and bring the QR code, which will be sent via email, to the venue for check-in.
As mentioned earlier, iPhone app will be used for the check-in. So, 2 ways of check-in methods will be available at the venue: Check-in scanning by camera and check-in manually from the list. This method is much appreciated since there are more than 50 participants every time even for Startup Dating event.
