間違って送られてきた商品はどうすればよろしいでしょうか？

メーカーの本社に送り返せばよろしいですか？

転送会社の保管料もかかっていますので、このままでは大変なことになってしまします。


また、以前から注文している○○○ですが、もうすぐ届くとのことで待っておりますが、いっこうに届く気配がありません。

商品の納期が毎回読めないため、在庫の管理がとても困難な状況です。

各商品の納期をリストにして送っていただけますでしょうか？

What should I do with the wrong items ?
Can I just sent back to the headquarter of the manufacturer？
The situation will be worse as the additional storage cost has been charged by the forwarding company I use.

Also, regarding the ○○○ I ordered previously, I still haven't received even you mentioned it would arrive soon.
