何点か質問させてください。

1．画像以外のキャッシュが保存されるフォルダはありますか?ユーザーの削除や追加をしていたら、管理画面に入れなくなってしまいました
FTPでキャッシュを削除したいのです。画像のキャッシュの保存先は以下に見つました

2．会員登録のフルネーム欄ですが、アルファベット以外だとエラーになってしまいます

2. Although the text box for entering full name causes errors when typing any other characters besides alphabet,
I intend to modify this program to be able to handle other characters besides alphabet.
