私も、私の家族もみんな元気です。
今回の震災では多くの日本人の命が奪われました。
３月１１日のあの地震は本当に悪夢のようでした。
今でも余震が続き、原子力発電所の問題などありますが、日本は負けません。みんなが一つになって、必ず復興します。
今回の震災直後から、世界中の方たちが温かいメッセージや支援の手を差し伸べてくださったことを心から感謝しています。

I and all my family are fine.
The disastrous earthquake killed too many Japanese. We had really a nightmare on March 11. We still suffer after quakes and have the serious atomic power plant problems. But Japan will never collapse. We all hang together and will surely be restored.
We are so grateful to the people all over the world for giving us encouraging messages and kind helps.
