Im sorry for the trouble you are getting form this unit. But I did put in the right up that the unit was not working to its fullest capability and i didn't try anything other trouble shotting. I feel comfortable refunding you $195.00 I have to pay ebay and paypal fees for providing the services. I hope we can work this out asap.. Please get back to me when you can.. If this amount is OK please let me know what your email address is that is connected to paypal and i will refund you the money right away.
