Thank you for your reply. I had to translate it because I can`t speak french that well.

I have also contacted post NL. They told me the package is still at the customs. So for now I will go for option 3. If the package will not arrive I would like a new package to be send. Seeing I use these markers for my profession.

You asked me to change my assessement? What do you mean with this and where could I do this?

返信ありがとうございます。フランス語をあまり話せませんので、翻訳してもらわなければなりませんでした。Post NLにも連絡を取りました。荷物はまだ税関にあるそうです。それなので私はオプション３を選ぼうと思います。荷物が到着しなければ、新しい商品を送ってください。仕事でこれらのマーカーを使いますので。
