私は、この商品を、新品で購入したのですが、
メーカーの箱が無い状態で届きました。
商品がビニールの袋に入っていて、それが直接、御社の箱に入れられた状態で届きました。

新品の商品で、メーカー箱が無いというのは、なぜでしょうか？

I would like to ask about product number oo.

I purchased this item as a bland-new but the item was arrived without box of the manufaturer.
The item was arrived with packed in the vinyl bag and put directly in your box.

Please let me know why there is not a manufacturer box though it is bland-new item.
