こんにちは。
私は今、あなたの指定する決済方法であるSKrillが、EBAYに対応しており、
支払いの際にアカウントを持っていなくてもクレジットカードがあれば決済出来ると知っていたので
あなたの商品を落札しました。所が、決済の最終段階で、USD 2038.80までしかシステム上、決済出来ないとエラーが出ます。私の所持するクレジットカードですべて試してみましたが、すべてこのエラーが出て決済できません。御面倒をお掛けして申し訳ないが、どうすればよいか指示して下さい。

As I knew that Skrill which is the payment method which you designated deals with eBay and I could make a payment with credit card even if I do not have an account at the moment of payment, I bidded you item. However, at the last moment of the payment, en error message is displayed saying that I can only make a payment up to USD 2038.80 due to systemic shortcoming. I have tried to make a payment with all the credit cards which I have, but this error continue to be displayed with all the cards and I can not make a payment. I'm sorry to bother you, but please advise me what I should do.
