It is believed that the number of instructors assigned to program influences safety control and educational effect of the program on large scale. The basicnumber of instructors assigned to the program of our company is as has been announced in introduction of each program, but this is only a guideline. They are about safety, good and bad weather, difficultness of activity, participation by disabled people, etc.

We assign appropriate instructor, which can be evaluated by factors at various levels, and those numbers whereby we handle it flexibly.
