売り主は、状態は完璧である、と言っていました。
しかし、品物を受け取ったところ、小さいひび割れ、色あせ、ほこりがある状態でした。
セラーに伝えたところ、USPSのthe insurance paperworkを送る、とは言ってくれましたが、私は日本在住のため受け取ることができません。（品物はフロリダの転送業者経由で受け取りました）
私はセラーからの返金を希望します。もちろん、品物は返送する予定です。
The seller stated that condition of the product was perfect.
However when I received the product, I found small cracks, discolorations and dust on it.
When I reported the seller about the condition, the seller responded to inform me that USPS insurance related papers would be sent. However, because I reside in Japan I am not able to receive it (I received the product via a forwarding service company that based in Florida.)
I would like to ask for refund from the seller. I have no problem in sending back the product.
