売り主は、状態は完璧である、と言っていました。
しかし、品物を受け取ったところ、小さいひび割れ、色あせ、ほこりがある状態でした。
セラーに伝えたところ、USPSのthe insurance paperworkを送る、とは言ってくれましたが、私は日本在住のため受け取ることができません。（品物はフロリダの転送業者経由で受け取りました）
私はセラーからの返金を希望します。もちろん、品物は返送する予定です。

The seller said it was in perfect condition. But when the product arrived it had small cracks, its color was faded, and it was dusty. When I communicated this to the seller he said he would send USPS insurance paperwork, but since I live in Japan I'm not able to receive it. (The product came via a Florida-based mailing company.)

I would like a refund from the seller. Of course, I'll return the product.
