Customer has received her order yesterday, and there was a card left via Royal Mail, she was asked to pay for additional postage of 8GBP from Royal Mail and another 15GBP for the VAT, 23gbp in Total she had paid during delivery of her order.

Here in B, we have an agreement that the delivery charges the customer will see during the checkout process should be the only delivery charges she needs to pay to get her order delivered.

We are asking you to process her refund for 23gbp,
