先日、商品の発送手続きをしたところ、
発送ができないことが分かりました。
私たちのショップでは、JAPAN POSTを利用して商品を発送していますが、お客様の国は取扱の対象国でない為に、商品を発送することができないようです。
せっかくご注文して頂いたのに申し訳ありません。
既に全額返金の手続きをさせて頂きましたので、ご確認ください。

The other day, after I did the procedures for item delivery,
I found out that delivery cannot be conducted.
At our shop, we use JAPAN POST to deliver items, but as your country is not one of the selected countries for handling, it seems that they cannot deliver your item.
