先日、商品の発送手続きをしたところ、
発送ができないことが分かりました。
私たちのショップでは、JAPAN POSTを利用して商品を発送していますが、お客様の国は取扱の対象国でない為に、商品を発送することができないようです。
せっかくご注文して頂いたのに申し訳ありません。
既に全額返金の手続きをさせて頂きましたので、ご確認ください。

We tried to ship the item using the Japan post, but we found out that we could not ship it using them.
Our shop use the Japan post as the shipping method, but the Japan post does not cover your country as the destination country so we cannot ship the item.
We apologize for inconvenience although you ordered to us.
As we already processed the reimbursement, please confirm.
