我々はこの研究開発を２つの分野に分けて実施している。1つ目はバイオマスからの効率的なグルコース生産法の開発、2つ目は高出力・均質安定なグルコース電池の開発である。このうち、私はグルコース生産法の開発に携わり、バイオマス（主に草木質セルロース）分解を促進する菌類由来の酵素の探索、およびレコンビナント蛋白質の製造を行う生化学チーム（6人）をまとめ、研究開発を行っている。

We are conducting this research and development by dividing it into two fields.
The first is to develop the effective method for transforming the biomass to the glucose. The second is to develop the homogenous and the stable glucose battery.
Of those two developments, I engage in developing the biomass transformation, and I am taking the leadership of the researching the fungus originated enzyme (mainly plants and woods cellulose) for accelerating the decomposition and the biochemistry team for producing the recombinant protein.
