なぜこのような事態になったのでしょうか？

保留状態を解除するために、追加の情報が必要とのことですが、私はどんな情報を提供すればよいのでしょうか。
既に商品を発送する準備は出来ています。
荷物の追跡番号を提供すれば問題ないでしょうか？

具体的なステップで説明してくれたようですが、
