離れているか確認する

距離感がわかりにくいときは、

使用する

● スチームを顔全体にあてたいときは、
アゴの上あたりからあてる

● スチームに顔の位置が
合わせにくいときは、テーブルやイス、
の高さで調整する

After about 1 minute steam comes out.
The jii sound is due to the electrical discharge.

4 Let the steam hit your face
Maje sure your face is over 20cm apart from the endtip of the nozzle.

If you are not sure about the distance, use the ,included distance reference guide.

If you want to have the steam hit all of your face, it has to hit from above your chin.

If you find it difficult to adjust the steam to your facial position, adjust the height of your table or chair.
