Item no: 251303556896の”open case”の件について。
私は、このケースについて、” close the case”を間違って”Escalated”を選択してしまっている事に気づきました。” close the case”をクリックしても、ケースを終了することが出来ません。
Item no: 251303556896につきましてはケースを閉じたいので、どのようにすればよいか教えて下さい。宜しくお願い致します。
