私は、このケースについて、” close the case”を間違って”Escalated”を選択してしまっている事に気づきました。” close the case”をクリックしても、ケースを終了することが出来ません。

Regarding "open case" from Item no: 251303556896

I realised that I selected "Escalated" instead of "close the case" by a mistake. I can't close the case even though I click "close the case". Please inform how to close the case for Item no: 251303556896.
