Australian recruitment marketplace startup RecruitLoop has just raised a US$500,000 seed round to fuel its expansion plans in the US.

Founded back in 2011, RecruitLoop is a Sydney-based startup which provides a simpler way to use recruiters to fill job vacancies. The platform claims to offer recruitment services at 10 percent of the traditional cost, by using a series of tools and processes to commoditize the hiring process. This includes an affordable fee-based model where services are charged by the hour, allowing the ability to pay for what you need, and also provide feedback on recruiters and video-screening candidates.
