今日のNGWの出発地点はこの富士河口浅間神社です。この神社は富士山をまつっている神社です。今日は自然の中を歩くことがメインテーマですが、ここでレクチャーをするのにはちゃんと理由があります
この神社の祭神は浅間大神といいます。
名を木花咲耶姫命と言います。木花咲耶姫命は大変綺麗なお姫様の神様で、日本という国を作った奈良の大和という国に嫁いだのだそうです。また、木花咲耶姫命は富士山の化身とされていて、そのため富士山をまつっているこの浅間神社の祭神となっています。

Today's NGW departure site is this Fuji-Kawaguchi Asama Shinto Shrine. This shrine is dedicated to Mt. Fuji. Today the image theme is walking through nature but there's a reason for lecturing here.
The deity enshrined at this shrine is called an Asama god.
Her name is Konohanasakuya-hime no mikoto. She is an extremely beautiful princess god and is said to be married to the country of Yamato of Nara, which created this country known as Japan. She is personified as Mt. Fuji and so for that reason she is the deity of this Asama shrine dedicated to Mt. Fuji.
