I was able to get in touch with MYusa.com and found out what happened. I found out the freight forwarder uses the Suite # to determine who the package belongs to. Since we had shipped similar products before to this exact same address, the factory did not enter the correct suite number and just sent it to the address they already had in their system.

The factory should have placed this on the label....

MYusa.comに連絡がとれ、状況を確認することができました。運送会社は、Suiteの番号を利用して、荷物が誰のものかを確認していました。以前に類似品を全く同じ住所に送っていたため、工場で正しいSuiteの番号を入力せず、事前にシステムに入力されていた住所へ発送してしまいました。
