I wanted to get in touch with you because we have received the machine you sent back to us through FedEx. Unfortunately we are not able to process a return because the machine was damaged during shipping. Did you ensure your package before you sent it? You will want to set up a claim with FedEx, and we have photos of the condition of the machine should you need them during the claims process with FedEx.

残念ながらその機械は搬送中にダメージを受けていたため返品手続きを進めることが出来ません。送る前に荷物を確認しましたか？FedExにクレームをおっしゃりたいでしょうから、FedExへのクレーム過程で必要となる機械の状態を写真で撮っておきました。
