2 of the 15 cameras you purchased were returned by our japanese buyers.
1 didn't recognise the accompanying SD card. Other SD cards were not recognised either.
Since with the other it was not possible to exchange information with a computer, even if you download software, it can not be used.
I intend to continue doing business with you.
Therefore, how should I react, if there are products that show failure very early?
