あなたから購入した15台のカメラのうち2台が日本の購入者から返品されました。
1台は付属のマイクロSDカードを認識しません。他のSDカードも認識しません。
もう1台はソフトをダウンロードしてもパソコンと通信が全くできない為、使用できません。

Two of the fifteen cameras purchased from you have been returned by the buyers in Japan.
One of the returned cameras cannot read the attached micro SD card or other SD cards.
