2 out of 15 camera that I have purchased from you has been returned from from buyers in Japan.

One of the camera can not recognize the micro SD card provided. It does not recognize other SD card also.

Another one camera problem is can not connect to the PC at all eventhough downloaded the software, so it can not be used.

We want to continue business with you in the future.

Thus, if there is a product with the initial failure, what kind of support will you provide to us?
