Out of the fifteen cameras you ordered, two were returned from customers in Japan.

One of them does not recognize micro SD card,s or any SD cards in general.

Another cannot connect to the computer even after downloading the software. This camera cannot be used.

I am hoping to continue business with you.

How will you solve this type of problem when the products are badly manufactured?
