あなたから購入した15台のカメラのうち2台が日本の購入者から返品されました。
1台は付属のマイクロSDカードを認識しません。他のSDカードも認識しません。
もう1台はソフトをダウンロードしてもパソコンと通信が全くできない為、使用できません。
これからもあなたとビジネスを続けて行きたいと思っています。
このように、初期不良のある商品があった場合、どのような対応をしていただけますでしょうか?

The buyer from Japan returned two out of the 15 cameras that he/she purchased from you.
One of the cameras won't recognize the Micro SD Card it came with. It also won't recognize other SD Cards.
The other one is unusable because it won't connect to a PC even though it has been downloaded with a software.
I would want to continue my transactions with you.
How should we address the cases where products experience an early failure?
