However, I am sorry to say but we cannot do anything for import tax and customs duty.
It is a buyer’s responsibility to pay it. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Regarding your feedback 1, it means it is negative evaluation. It is import tax issue which has nothing to do with our service so please change or remove it.
