We are one the re-sellers in Japan.
We previously sold the item "A" in Japan, after purchasing it from the American Amazon site.
However, one of our customers feedback to us that the product is no longer working after a mere 5-month period.
In such circumstances, would we be able to receive compensation from your company?
If the product is under guaranty, what information should we provide?
