届いた商品の損傷がひどく日本で販売できる品質ではありませんでした。

破損状況を報告させて頂きます。

・パッケージにひび割れが3個ありました。
・パッケージの蓋と商品（カラーパネル部分）との干渉により擦り傷が全製品にありました。

いくつかこちらのコーティング塗装で修復できましたが傷の深いものは、修復が困難でした。

修復できたものは、そのまま販売したいと思いますが不良となったものについては、ディスカウントをお願いしたいです。

The items we have received were seriously damaged which we would not be able to put them on sale.

I would like to explain the details of damage as follows;

・ There were three break in the package.
・ All the items packed inside were damaged by the scratches due to the frictions between the package cover and the color panel of the items.

We could make some items restored by applying the new coating paint, but for those with rather deep scratches, we could not.

As we are going to put the restored items on sale, but for those unrepeatable items, we would like you to consider the discount.
