I will resend the same email I sent before...
As in past seasons, the only samples I will consider allowing to be returned are those that never even made it to the line sheet.  For the styles that were on the line sheet and part of the sales campaign, you are not allowed to return. 
If there are any samples that we cancelled before sales started, I am happy to allow you to return those.

過去のシーズンについて、私が返品を受けてもいいと思うサンプルはラインシートの製作にも至らなかったサンプルに限ります。ラインシートにあるものや販売キャンペーンの一部であったスタイルに関しては、返品は受け付けられません。販売が開始される前にキャンセルされたサンプルについては、返品されても構いません。
