１．商標登録番号第10000号　の登録名義人の表示変更登録申請に関する一切の件
２．第一項に関する通常実施権許諾の協議許可請求、その裁定請求並びに裁定取消請求及びそれなどの処分不服の申立並びにそれなどに対する答弁、取下げそのほか本件に関する提出書類及び物件の下附を受けること。

2. Filing an application for permission of discussion for a non-exclusive license, seeking for an award or seeking for cancellation of an award therefor, filing an objection, response thereto or withdrawal thereto, and receiving all documents and/or articles related to all the aforesaid matters, all of which are in connection with the Section 1.
