１．商標登録番号第10000号　の登録名義人の表示変更登録申請に関する一切の件
２．第一項に関する通常実施権許諾の協議許可請求、その裁定請求並びに裁定取消請求及びそれなどの処分不服の申立並びにそれなどに対する答弁、取下げそのほか本件に関する提出書類及び物件の下附を受けること。

2. The requiremet of permitting agreement of license permission in respect with 1st item, requirement of its determination, registration of canceling determiantion, filing of complaint for punishment, answer to it, withrawal as welll as submitted documents and property regarding this matter shall have an easy to understand phrase in additon to explanation.
