■私なら、社長の問題ある行動や言動によって、ストレスを受けているときの対処法として、Seek communityをテクニックリストから選ぶ。やはり第３者に意見を求め解決方法を探ることが良いと思う。第３者は問題に対して客観的に判断できるからだ。
また、リストには無いが有効だと思うテクニックは、社長の言動があまりにも酷いときは、社長の行動を録音や録画をして残しておくべきである。そして労働組合で協議したり、または労働を管理する政府組織、法律関係の人に相談すべきだと思う。

■I would rather chose and learn the Seek community among the technique list for the ways of coping with stresses resulting from the problematic behavior and language of the president. It may be much better to seek opinion from a third person for exploring a practical way to resolve those problems.

In addition, it is not in the technique list but it seems to be effective technique is to record the language and behavior of the president if those are considerably unreasonable. And, it may be better to discuss the matter in the labor association or seek consultation from the governmental organization overseeing the labor code or the legal resources.
