■私なら、社長の問題ある行動や言動によって、ストレスを受けているときの対処法として、Seek communityをテクニックリストから選ぶ。やはり第３者に意見を求め解決方法を探ることが良いと思う。第３者は問題に対して客観的に判断できるからだ。
また、リストには無いが有効だと思うテクニックは、社長の言動があまりにも酷いときは、社長の行動を録音や録画をして残しておくべきである。そして労働組合で協議したり、または労働を管理する政府組織、法律関係の人に相談すべきだと思う。

If I were you, I would choose Seek community from the technique list as a way to deal with a stress caused by president's problem behavior. I think that it's the best to ask an outsider for an opinion and find for a way to solve the problem. Because an outsider could judge of a problem objectively.
And as a technique which I suppose is effective, you should record president's behavior if his behavior is too unfair. You should discuss it in the labor union and confer with a general organization related to labor and a lawyer, I think.
