こんにちは。元気ですか？私は元気です。去年アメリカに行ってからもう１年がたつなんて信じれません。時間が過ぎるのは本当にはやいですね！アメリカではお世話になりました。みなさんのおかげで、本当に楽しい時間を過ごせました。また、ハンナが日本に来た時も、私に連絡してください。今度は私が日本を案内しますから。一緒に美味しいお寿司を食べて、ハローキティのお店にいって、たくさん買い物しましょう。では、また会える日を楽しみにしてます。さようなら。

"looking after"ではなく"your kindness"の方が英語としてこの文脈では自然なのではないでしょうか。「皆さんのおかげでーーー」の文章も、"I had a great time thanks to your support and kindness"の方が自然なのでは？

自然ではないと思います。A word like "support" is not used friend-to-friend. You might support a team, a co-worker, an idea, etc.
"Kindness" is rather old and ださい。My phrase is natural, which is why I used it.
