最初は輸送中による破損だと思っていましたが、破損した部分をよく見ると、接着剤を付けた跡があります。
これは元々破損した箇所を接着剤で修復した事を意味し、それが輸送中に取れてしまったのではないかと思います。
私はあなたから新品状態で購入しましたが、これは明らかに説明と異なる商品ですので、返品させていただきます。

At first I thought that it had perhaps been damaged during shipping however taking a closer look at the damaged area, it is clear that glue has been used. This would mean that it was originally damaged and was attempted to be repaired using the glue so I don't think that it was damaged during shipping. I purchased this item from you as a brand new product, however this is clearly different to what was promised so I would like to return the item.

Do you know anything about what I asked about yesterday regarding your stocks of A? If it is possible to order from your dealer associate, would I be able to purchase the item?
