またそれぞれのコード及び日本語の文字の一部を添付します。

質問についてですが、日本語は1バイトだけではなく、2バイトや3バイトの文字があります。
PHPでそのような指定はしていませんか？またはアルファベットのみの指定とか。
私はPHPは詳しくない為、検討違いな指摘をしていたらすみません。

難しい問題だと思うので解決できない場合はそれで構いません。
あとマニュアルに小さなミスがありましたのでその箇所を画像で添付します。

About question, there are characters of 2 or 3 bytes in Japanese, not only 1 byte ones.
Do you specify such conditions in the PHP? Or specified only alphabet?
